(when I find a GOOD shake!! I would be beside myself if I didn't share. :-p)
This morning I made a shake, that just "blew my mind." I added some of my favorite things together and it really came out tasty. I felt like a smoothie professional when I was done.. however; reality check.... lol .... I'm just someone striving to make a health change in her life, and experimenting with food. But it was yummy!
Ingredients:
- Spinach (approx. 1/2 cup)
- Blueberries (approx. 1/2 cup)
- 1 banana
- Silk Almond Milk - Vanilla (Unsweetened) - (approx. 1/2 cup)
I added all these ingredients to the blender and blended it well. It was a tasty "late" breakfast treat! So easy to drink, and tasty because I used fruits that I love!
Lesson I have learned: If you're not a shake LOVER.... always reach for flavors that you really enjoy!! It makes it more enjoyable!

It's so exciting when you accomplish something that you haven't done before! :) It's kind of a rush!
